dc.description.abstractPT Zara Propertifarm Indonesia merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang sarana produksi peternakan unggas modern. Perusahaan menghadapi kesenjangan kapasitas produksi ayam pedaging, di mana kapasitas kandang yang tersedia hanya mencapai 53.000 ekor dari total kebutuhan 5.250.000 ekor per siklus atau 325 kandang, sehingga terjadi excess demand. Kesenjangan kapasitas ini membuka peluang pengembangan kandang closed house portabel sebagai solusi peningkatan kapasitas yang fleksibel dan ekonomis. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis kelayakan pengembangan serta efisiensi penjadwalan proyek. Metode yang digunakan adalah mixed methods melalui analisis aspek non finansial, aspek finansial menggunakan indikator investasi, serta analisis switching value dan Critical Path Method (CPM). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa usaha layak dan menguntungkan dengan NPV Rp221.011.620,83, IRR 20%, Net B/C 1,78, dan Gross B/C 1,11. Analisis CPM menunjukkan pengurangan durasi proyek dari 80 hari menjadi 67 hari, sehingga terjadi efisiensi waktu sebesar 13 hari.
dc.description.abstractPT Zara Propertifarm Indonesia is a company engaged in the field of modern poultry production facilities. The company faces a gap in broiler production capacity, where the available cage capacity only reaches 53.000 chickens of the total requirement of 5.250.000 chickens per cycle or 325 cages, resulting in excess demand. This capacity gap opens up opportunities to develop portable closed house as a flexible and economical capacity increase solution. This study aims to analyze the feasibility of development and the efficiency of project scheduling. The method used is mixed methods through analysis of non-financial aspects, financial aspects using investment indicators, as well as switching value analysis and the Critical Path Method (CPM). The analysis results show that the business is feasible and profitable with an NPV of Rp221.011.620,83, an IRR of 20%, a Net B/C of 1,78, and a Gross B/C of 1,11. The CPM analysis shows a reduction in project duration from 80 days to 67 days, resulting in a time efficiency of 13 days.
