      Pengaruh Jenis Lampu dan Aplikasi Biostimulan terhadap Pertumbuhan Head Lettuce (Lactuca sativa) pada Indoor Vertical Farming System

      Abstract
      Selada (Lactuca sativa) merupakan tanaman sayuran daun semusim yang kaya antioksidan dan umumnya dikonsumsi dalam keadaan segar dan mentah. Data tahun 2020 hingga 2022 menunjukkan produksi tanaman selada mengalami penurunan. Indoor vertical farming adalah teknik budidaya dapat mengatasi keterbatasan lahan, menciptakan lingkungan yang terkontrol, dan meningkatkan produktivitas lahan khususnya di wilayah perkotaan. Penggunaan jenis lampu dan biostimulan diduga dapat mempengaruhi pertumbuhan dan produksi tanaman selada sehingga perlu dikaji. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan September hingga Oktober 2024 di Kebun Percobaan Leuwikopo IPB University. Penelitian menggunakan Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak (RKLT) dua faktor dengan 6 kombinasi perlakuan (L1B0 = lampu fluorescent dan tanpa biostimulan; L2B0 = lampu LED merah biru dan tanpa biostimulan; L3B0 = lampu LED putih dan tanpa biostimulan; L1B1 = lampu fluorescent dan biostimulan; L2B1 = lampu LED merah biru dan biostimulan; L3B1 = lampu LED putih dan biostimulan). Perlakuan kombinasi LED merah biru menghasilkan tanaman selada dengan produktivitas 2,38 Kg.m-2, 44,96% lebih tinggi dibandingkan perlakuan lampu fluorescent dengan produktivitas 1,64 Kg.m-2, dan 93,09% lebih tinggi dibandingkan perlakuan lampu LED putih dengan produktivitas 1,23 Kg.m-2. Perlakuan biostimulan menghasilkan tanaman selada dengan produktivitas 1,38 Kg.m-2, 35,02% lebih rendah dibandingkan perlakuan tanpa biostimulan dengan produktivitas 2,12 Kg.m-2.
       
      Lettuce (Lactuca sativa) is an annual leafy vegetable crop rich in antioxidants and is commonly consumed fresh and raw. Data from 2020 to 2022 shows a decline in lettuce production. Indoor vertical farming is a cultivation technique that can address land limitations, create a controlled environment, and improve land productivity, especially in urban areas. The use of light types and biostimulants is suspected to affect the growth and productivity of lettuce, thus requiring further study. The research was conducted from August to October 2024 at the Leuwikopo Experimental Field, IPB University. The study used a two-factor Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with 6 treatment combinations (L1B0 = fluorescent light and no biostimulant; L2B0 = red-blue LED light and no biostimulant; L3B0 = white LED light and no biostimulant; L1B1 = fluorescent light and biostimulant; L2B1 = red-blue LED light and biostimulant; L3B1 = white LED light and biostimulant). The combination treatment of red and blue LEDs produced lettuce plants with a productivity of 2.38 Kg.m-2, 44.96% higher than the fluorescent lamp treatment with a productivity of 1.64 Kg.m-2, and 93.09% higher than the white LED lamp treatment with a productivity of 1.23 Kg.m-2. The biostimulant treatment produced lettuce plants with a productivity of 1.38 Kg.m-2, 35.02% lower than the treatment without biostimulant with a productivity of 2.12 Kg.m-2
