      Pengaruh Perbedaan Pupuk Organik Cair dan Cara Aplikasinya terhadap Pertumbuhan Alpukat Varietas Miki (Persea americana Mill.).

      Abstract
      Produksi alpukat Indonesia memiliki tren yang meningkat dalam lima tahun terakhir. Dalam upaya mendukung peningkatan produksi berkelanjutan, diperlukan dukungan penyediaan pupuk ramah lingkungan diantaranya adalah dengan memanfaatkan limbah rumah potong hewan (RPH). Penelitian ini bertujuan mengevaluasi pengaruh konsentrasi dan cara aplikasi pupuk organik cair pada pertumbuhan tanaman alpukat. Penelitian dilakukan di Kebun Percobaan Leuwikopo IPB, Kabupaten Bogor. Penelitian dilakukan dari bulan Januari sampai Mei 2025. Rancangan percobaan yang digunakan adalah rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) faktorial. Faktor pertama terdiri dari 4 taraf percobaan yaitu pupuk NPK 6- 20-30 konsentrasi 1:500, pupuk pelengkap cair konsentrasi 1:500, pupuk organik cair (POC) limbah rumah potong hewan (RPH) konsentrasi 1:100, serta POC dari RPH 1:200. Faktor kedua adalah cara aplikasi pupuk dengan 2 taraf yaitu semprot daun dan kocor melalui tanah. Setiap kombinasi perlakuan diulang sebanyak 3 kali dan masing-masing ulangan menggunakan 3 tanaman. Hasil analisis ragam menunjukkan bahwa perlakuan pupuk dengan konsentrasi berbeda meningkatkan jumlah cabang tersier pada 2, 3, dan 4 bulan setelah perlakuan (BSP), serta panjang cabang sekunder 2 dan 3 BSP. Terdapat pengaruh interaksi antara konsentrasi pupuk dan cara aplikasi pupuk terhadap jumlah cabang tersier 2 BSP serta indeks kehijauan daun 1 BSP. Konsentrasi POC 1:100 direkomendasikan untuk pertumbuhan bibit alpukat. Cara aplikasi kocor lebih baik dibandingkan semprot pada beberapa karakter.
       
      Avocado production has been increasing within last five years. In order to support sustainable production, it is necessary to provide ecofriendly fertilizer such as sloughter waste in avocado farming. This study aimed to evaluate the effect of concentration and application method of liquid organic fertilizer on avocado growth. The research was conducted at the Leuwikopo Experimental Farm, IPB Bogor. The study was carried out from January to May 2025. The experimental design used was a randomized block design. The first factor consisted of 4 experimental levels, namely NPK 6-20-30 fertilizer at a concentration of 1:500, liquid organic fertilizer (concentration 1:500), liquid organic fertilizer from animal slaughterhouse waste (RPH) at a concentration of 1:100, and liquid organic fertilizer from RPH at a concentration of 1:200. The second factor was the method of fertilizer application with 2 levels, namely leaf spraying and soil drenching. In total, experiment had 8 treatment combinations with 3 times of replication, resulting in 24 experimental units. The analysis of variance showed that fertilizer treatments with different concentrations increased the number of tertiary branches at 2, 3, and 4 months after treatment (BSP), as well as the length of secondary branches at 2 and 3 BSP. There was an interaction effect between fertilizer concentration and fertilizer application method on the number of tertiary branches at 2 BSP and leaf greenness index at 1 BSP. The application of liquid organic fertilizer at a concentration of 1:100 is recommended for promoting avocado seedling growt. The soil dressing method was superior to spraying for several characteristics.
