      Perhitungan Aktuaria untuk Program Pensiun pada Status Joint Life Menggunakan Metode Entry Age Normal dan Suku Bunga Hull-White

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menghitung iuran normal dan kewajiban aktuaria program pensiun status joint life dengan metode entry age normal menggunakan suku bunga konstan dan suku bunga stokastik hasil estimasi model Hull-White. Parameter Hull-White diestimasi melalui metode ordinary least square dan dievaluasi menggunakan mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). Hasil estimasi menunjukkan MAPE sebesar 7,58% untuk periode training dan 4,18% untuk periode testing, yang menunjukkan bahwa model mampu merepresentasikan pergerakan historis suku bunga secara cukup akurat. Hasil perhitungan menunjukkan bahwa penggunaan suku bunga stokastik Hull-White menghasilkan nilai iuran normal dan kewajiban aktuaria yang lebih tinggi dibandingkan suku bunga konstan. Analisis skenario usia pasangan suami istri juga menunjukkan bahwa perbedaan usia memengaruhi besarnya kewajiban. Usia berkaitan erat dengan peluang hidup individu, peluang kematian pertama, dan durasi masa kerja gabungan. Secara keseluruhan, didapatkan nilai tertinggi terjadi ketika pasangan berbeda usia dengan istri lebih tua dari suami, sedangkan nilai terendah terjadi pada pasangan seusia dengan usia masuk kerja muda.
       
      This study aims to calculate the normal cost and actuarial liability of a joint life status pension program using the entry age normal method with constant rate and stochastic rate estimated using the Hull-White model. The Hull-White parameters were estimated using the ordinary least squares method and evaluated through the mean absolute percentage error (MAPE). The results show a MAPE of 7,58% for the training period and 4,18% for the testing period, indicating that the model is sufficiently accurate in capturing the historical movement of interest rates. The results further demonstrate that applying the stochastic Hull-White rate produces higher normal costs and actuarial liabilities compared with using a constant interest rate. The age-scenario analysis for married couples also shows that age differences have a significant impact on liability values. Age is closely related to individual survival probabilities, the probability of first death, and the duration of combined service. Overall, the highest liability values occur when the wife is older than the husband, whereas the lowest values appear for same-age couples entering the workforce at relatively young ages.
