      Abstract
      Koperasi Pemasaran Mitra Jaya Mandiri merupakan salah satu koperasi pemasaran hasil ternak berupa produk susu. Salah satu sarana pemasaran yang dikelola Koperasi Pemasaran Mitra Jaya Mandiri adalah Website. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu Mengidentifikasi keragaan Perusahaan di Koperasi Pemasaran Mitra Jaya Mandri, Identifikasi pengaruh ease of use, customization, download delay, dan content terhadap kepuasan pengguna, Menganalisis peningkatan pendapatan setelah penerapan website pada Koperasi Pemasaran Mitra Jaya Mandiri. Analisis yang digunakan terdiri dari analisis forecasting untuk melihat pendapatan setelah adanya website dan analisis anggaran parsial. Hasil dari analisis diperoleh variabel dengan nilai tertinggi sampai nilai terendah : 1). Customization 2). Download delay 3). Content 4). Ease of use. Setelah itu hasil dari forecating penjualan meningkat menjadi 18,561 liter sehingga dari hasil tersebut diolah dengan mnggunakan anggaran parsial yang dimana mendaapatkan keuntungan sebesar Rp40.987.311 dengan persentase pendapatan meningkat sebanyak 20,25%.
       
      Koperasi Pemasaran Mitra Jaya Mandiri is one of the marketing cooperatives for livestock products in the form of milk. One of the marketing tools managed by Koperasi Pemasaran Mitra Jaya Mandiri is a website. The objectives of this research are to identify the performance of the company at Koperasi Pemasaran Mitra Jaya Mandiri, identify the influence of ease of use, customization, download delay, and content on user satisfaction, and analyze the increase in revenue after the implementation of the website at Koperasi Pemasaran Mitra Jaya Mandiri. The analysis used consists of forecasting to see revenue after the website implementation, and partial budget analysis. The results of obtained variables ranked from highest to lowest value: 1). Customization 2). Download delay 3). Content 4). Ease of use. After that, the results from the sales forecasting increased to 18.561 liters, and from these results, it was processed using a partial budget, which yielded a profit of Rp40.987.311 with a revenue increase percentage of 20.25%.
