The development of digital technology has transformed how individuals access information, build professional identities, and prepare for the workforce. LinkedIn has emerged as a widely used platform, serving not only as a career showcase but also as a strategic tool for job searching, networking, and obtaining relevant labor market information. This study aims to examine the relationship between LinkedIn usage and access to career-related information among fresh graduates of the Digital and Media Communication Study Program, Vocational School of IPB University. A quantitative approach was employed using a survey method with purposive sampling of 102 respondents. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire, guided by the Uses and Gratifications theory and Information Seeking Behavior framework. Findings reveal a strong and significant relationship between LinkedIn usage and access to career information (r = 0.754; sig < 0.001). These results highlight LinkedIn’s strategic role in enhancing vocational graduates’ career readiness through improved access to job opportunities, industry trends, and professional networks.
