      Penerapan Strategi Integrasi Vertikal Pengolahan Keripik Kacang Koro pada PT Rumah Pangan Nusantara

      Abstract
      PT Rumah Pangan Nusantara menghadapi permasalahan penumpukan kacang koro tua yang belum terolah. Pendirian unit bisnis keripik kacang koro menjadi solusi strategis untuk memperluas pasar melalui integrasi vertikal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis minat beli konsumen terhadap keripik kacang koro, merumuskan strategi bisnis, dan menganalisis kelayakan usaha dari aspek finansial dan nonfinansial. Metode yang digunakan meliputi regresi linier berganda, SWOT, IFE–EFE, QSPM, dan analisis kelayakan usaha. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa harga, rasa, dan kemasan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap minat beli, dengan harga sebagai faktor dominan. Strategi prioritas yang dipilih adalah penetrasi pasar dengan penetapan harga kompetitif di pasar. Pada aspek nonfinansial, usaha menunjukkan prospek pasar yang menjanjikan. Secara finansial, usaha dinyatakan layak dengan nilai NPV Rp41.224.486, IRR 55%, Net B/C 4, dan payback period 3 tahun. Analisis sensitivitas juga menunjukkan ketahanan usaha terhadap kenaikan harga bahan baku hingga 15%.
       
      PT Rumah Pangan Nusantara faces an issue of accumulated unsold mature jack bean due to the absence of downstream processing. Establishing a jack bean chips business unit serves as a strategic solution to expand market reach through vertical integration. This study aims to analyze consumer purchase intention, formulate business strategies, and evaluate the business feasibility from both financial and non-financial aspects. The methods used include multiple linear regression, SWOT analysis, IFE–EFE, QSPM, and financial feasibility analysis. The findings indicate that price, flavor, and packaging significantly influence purchase intention, with price being the most dominant factor. The chosen priority strategy is market penetration through competitive pricing. On the non-financial side, the business shows promising market potential. Financially, the business is deemed feasible with an NPV of Rp41,224,486, an IRR of 55%, a Net B/C ratio of 4, and a payback period of 3 years. Sensitivity analysis also confirms the business's resilience against raw material price increases of up to 15%.
