      Abstract
      Mas Miracle Farm merupakan unit usaha pertanian terintegrasi yang mengembangkan budidaya hortikultura dan perikanan dengan sistem Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS). Menghadapi persaingan bisnis yang semakin kompetitif, strategi diversifikasi produk menjadi langkah tepat untuk diterapkan, salah satunya melalui pengolahan bayam hijau menjadi bolu bayam. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan ide pengembangan bisnis dan mengkaji kelayakan rencana pengembangan ini secara finansial dan non finansial serta kelayakan produk bolu bayam. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis kelayakan usaha, uji hedonik, dan analisis nilai tambah. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa usaha bolu bayam layak dijalankan dengan NPV sebesar Rp813.493.803, IRR 88%, Net B/C 6,84, Gross B/C 1,20 dan Payback Period 2 tahun 7 hari. Switching value menunjukkan penurunan produksi 17,03% dan kenaikan harga bahan baku hingga 63,01%. Uji hedonik menunjukkan panelis menyukai kemasan dan rasa, serta hasil uji proksimat menunjukkan kandungan gizi yang bermanfaat bagi kesehatan.
       
      Mas Miracle Farm is an integrated agricultural business unit that develops horticultural and aquaculture commodities using the Recirculating Aquaculture System (RAS). In facing an increasingly competitive business environment, product diversification becomes a strategic step to enhance market potential. One such strategy is the processing of spinach grade B into spinach-based sponge cake. This study aims to formulate a business development idea and assess the feasibility of the spinach sponge cake business plan, both financially and non-financially. The methods used include business feasibility analysis, hedonic testing, and value-added analysis. The results indicate that the spinach cake business is financially viable, with an NPV of IDR813.493.803, IRR of 88%, Net B/C of 6,84, Gross B/C of 1,20, and a Payback Period of 2 years and 7 days. The switching value analysis shows that the business can withstand a decrease in product prices of up to 17,03% and an increase in raw material costs of up to 63,01%. The hedonic test shows that panelists liked the packaging and taste, while proximate analysis results indicate good nutritional content that benefits health
