dc.description.abstractHigh request of natural rubber on the world have made researcher to do increase natural rubber product and also look for or yield good clones holding to disease and have high production. This research used clone PB 260 coming from result of cross of primary clone and secondary clone. This clone have fastly of high latex metabolism but less responsive to stimulan. Effort to increase natural rubber product with treatment of tapping and usage of etephon stimulan. Etephon is compound 2-chloro-ethylposphonic acid (CEPA) as incentive or stimulant to increase produce hormone of ethilene endogen at rubber crop. Gene of HbACO1 will be test its expression of etefon and influence of tapping at bark and latex of rubber crop. This research aim to study gene expression of HbACO1 to influence of tapping and giving stimulant at various phase growth of crop. Result of research show gene of HbACO1 only have expression at bark of rubber crop not in latex. Treatment which good to bark of rubber crop is 2 day once tapping and 3 times in one year giving stimulant.id
