Pertanian merupakan salah satu sektor penting dalam mendukung ketahanan pangan dan perekonomian nasional. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengoptimalisasi penjualan brokoli pada Akira Farm dan menganalisis kelayakan usaha dari sisi finansial maupun non finansial. Permasalahan yang diangkat meliputi bagaimana strategi optimalisasi penjualan dapat diterapkan secara efektif serta bagaimana kelayakan usaha ditinjau setelah implementasi strategi tersebut. Penelitian ini dilakukan melalui pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus, yang melibatkan diskusi langsung bersama pihak Akira Farm sebagai dasar pengembangan strategi. Optimalisasi penjualan difokuskan pada perluasan pasar ke pasar tradisional yang sebelumnya brokoli yang mengalami kelebihan produksi belum terjual. Dalam aspek finansial, analisis kelayakan dilakukan melalui perhitungan laba rugi setelah diterapkannya strategi pengembangan. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa strategi ini mampu meningkatkan keuntungan perusahaan sebesar Rp29.098.775,00 per tahun. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa optimalisasi penjualan brokoli ke pasar tradisional layak untuk dijalankan dan berpotensi memberikan dampak positif terhadap pertumbuhan bisnis Akira Farm. dc.description.abstractCHRISTIANSYAH AKBAR. Optimizing Broccoli Sales to Enhance Revenue at Akira Farm. Supervised by TINTIN SARIANTI. Agriculture is one of the key sectors in supporting food security and the national economy. This study aims to optimize the sales of broccoli at Akira Farm and to analyze the business feasibility from both financial and non-financial perspectives. The issues addressed include how sales optimization strategies can be effectively implemented and how business feasibility can be assessed following the implementation of these strategies. This research employs a qualitative approach using a case study method, involving direct discussions with Akira Farm as the basis for developing strategies. The sales optimization focuses on market expansion to traditional markets, targeting surplus broccoli production that previously remained unsold. From the financial perspective, feasibility analysis was conducted through profit and loss calculations after the strategy implementation. The results show that this strategy can increase the company’s profit by IDR 29,098,775 per year. Based on these findings, it can be concluded that optimizing broccoli sales to traditional markets is feasible and has the potential to positively impact the growth of Akira Farm's business.
