      Abstract
      Estie’s Orchid melakukan pemotongan bunga anggrek yang telah mekar untuk mencegah pembusukan sekaligus merangsang pertumbuhan baru. Bunga anggrek potong tersebut belum dimanfaatkan oleh perusahaan. Sementara itu, bunga potong tersebut memiliki potensi untuk dimanfaatkan, salah satunya adalah menjadikan bunga tersebut produk gantungan kunci. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk merumuskan ide bisnis, menganalisis sikap konsumen terhadap gantungan kunci bunga anggrek, dan menganalisis kelayakan terhadap gantungan kunci bunga anggrek. Analisis tersebut dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode fishbein, analisis non finansial dan finansial. Hasil analisis sikap konsumen secara keseluruhan berada pada kataegori “Puas”. Analisis finansial dikatakan layak, dengan nilai NPV sebesar Rp187.683.433, IRR sebesar 52%, Gross B/C sebesar 3,89, Net B/C sebesar 1,25, dan payback period selama 3 tahun 3 bulan.
       
      Estie's Orchid cuts orchid flowers that have bloomed to prevent decay while stimulating new growth. The cut orchid flowers have not been utilized by the company. Meanwhile, the cut flowers have the potential to be utilized, one of which is to make the flowers a keychain product. The purpose of this research is to formulate a business idea, analyze consumer attitudes towards orchid flower key chains, and analyze the feasibility of orchid flower key chains. The analysis was carried out using the fishbein method, non-financial and financial analysis. The results of the overall consumer attitude analysis are in the “satisfied” category. Financial analysis is said to be feasible, with an NPV value of Rp187.683.433, IRR of 52%, Gross B/C of 3,89, Net B/C of 1,25, and payback period of 3 years 3 months.
