      Pengembangan Bisnis Produk Chicken Roll Terintegrasi untuk Mitra PT ASputra Perkasa Makmur Kabupaten Bogor

      Abstract
      PT ASputra Perkasa Makmur merupakan perusahaan kemitraan ayam broiler yang belum memiliki produk turunan dan memiliki ketergantungan pada broker ayam dikarenakan perusahaan hanya memiliki satu saluran distribusi, yang menyebabkan sering terjadinya keterlambatan panen yang dapat mempengaruhi adanya pertambahan bobot ayam sehingga harga jual ayam menjadi lebih rendah. Mengatasi hal tersebut dilakukan pengembangan bisnis dengan membuat produk chicken roll yang dapat memberikan nilai tambah dan memberikan keuntungan yang lebih optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai tambah dan kelayakan bisnis dari produk chicken roll. Nilai tambah yang dihasilkan dari pengolahan produk chicken roll adalah Rp77.636 dengan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 38,8%. Analisis kelayakan menunjukkan layak dijalankan dengan nilai R/C ratio sebesar 1,33. Usaha chicken roll mencapai titik impas jika unit yang dihasilkan sebesar 49.072 dengan penjualan sebesar Rp294.429.090.
       
      PT ASputra Perkasa Makmur is a broiler chicken partnership company that does not yet have derivative products and relies on chicken brokers because the company only has one distribution channel, which often causes delays in harvesting that can affect chicken weight gain, resulting in lower chicken selling prices. To overcome this, business development was carried out by creating chicken roll products that can provide added value and more optimal profits. This study aims to determine the added value and business viability of the chicken roll product. The added value generated from processing the chicken roll product is IDR77,636 with an added value ratio of 38.8%. Feasibility analysis indicates that this business is viable with a R/C ratio of 1.33. The chicken roll business reaches the break even point when the number of units produced reaches 49,072 with sales of IDR294,429,090.
