      Analisis Diversifikasi Bisnis Jamur Tiram Coklat terhadap Peningkatan Pendapatan Payung Putih Farm di Kabupaten Sukabumi

      Abstract
      Kelebihan hasil panen menjadi permasalahan usahatani. Diversifikasi produk menjadi salah satu upaya untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut. Payung Putih merupakan salah satu usaha budidaya jamur tiram yang sering terjadi kelebihan hasil panen yang mengakibatkan produk tidak terjual. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat layak atau tidaknya penambahan varietas jamur tiram coklat di Payung Putih. Metode yang digunakan ada penelitian ini yaitu analisis aspek teknis, finansial dan uji beda (Independent Sample T-test). Hasil analisis kelayakan dari aspek teknis dikatakan layak. Analisis finansial dikatakan layak dengan NPV Rp90.539.098, IRR 74%, Gross B/C 1,1, Net B/C 3,1, dan PP selama 2,1 tahun. Hasil analisis switching value menunjukkan penurunan volume produksi sebesar 27,65% dan kenaikan harga serbuk kayu sebesar 57,79%. Hasil analisis perbandingan kedua jamur tiram menunjukkan nilai efisiensi jamur tiram coklat lebih tinggi dengan angka 1,25. Analisis uji beda (independent T-test) menunjukan terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan pada pendapatan Payung Putih.
       
      Excess harvest is often a problem in farming. Product diversification is one of the efforts to overcome this problem. Payung Putih is one of the oyster mushroom cultivation businesses that often experiences excess harvest which results in unsold products. This study aims to determine the feasibility of adding brown oyster mushroom varieties in Payung Putih. The methods used in this study are technical, financial and Independent Sample T-test analysis. The results of the technical feasibility analysis are said to be feasible. The financial analysis is said to be feasible with an NPV of Rp90,539,098, IRR 74%, Gross B/C 1.1, Net B/C 3.1, and PP for 2.1 years. The results of the switching value analysis show a decrease in production volume of 27.65% and an increase in sawdust prices of 57.79%. The results of the comparative analysis of the two oyster mushrooms show that the efficiency value of brown oyster mushrooms is higher with a figure of 1.25. The analysis of the difference test (independent T-test) shows that there is a significant difference in Payung Putih's income
