      Preferensi Konsumen terhadap Produk Keripik Bayam Jepang pada Bina Rahayu Farm

      Abstract
      Kelompok tani Bina Rahayu Farm menghasilkan bayam Jepang setiap bulan. Namun, fluktuasi cuaca menyebabkan perubahan harga pada komoditas bayam Jepang. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk mengidentifikasi karakteristik konsumen, mengidentifikasi proses keputusan pembelian konsumen, menganalisis preferensi konsumen terhadap atribut produk, dan menganalisis aspek non finansial serta finansial produk keripik bayam Jepang berdasarkan preferensi konsumen. Responden dipilih dengan metode purposive sampling sebanyak 100 orang. Produk keripik bayam Jepang lebih banyak disukai oleh perempuan, dengan kategori remaja akhir atau dewasa muda, kelas menengah dan menengah keatas. Hasil preferensi dengan menggunakan analisis konjoin menunjukkan bahwa konsumen keripik bayam Jepang menyukai rasa original, bertekstur renyah dengan sedikit tepung, kemasan standing pouch aluminium foil, dan harga Rp20.000 - Rp25.000. Hasil analisis non finansial dan finansial produk keripik bayam Jepang dapat dikatakan layak untuk dijalankan.
       
      Bina Rahayu Farm farmers group produces Japanese spinach every month. However, weather fluctuations cause price variations in the Japanese spinach commodity. The objective of this study is to identify consumer characteristics, to analyze the consumer purchasing decision process, to examine consumer preferences for product attributes, and the assess both financial and non-financial aspects of Japanese spinach chips based on consumer preferences. Respondents were selected using the purposive sampling method, with a total of 100 participants. Japanese spinach chips are more favored by female consumers, particularly late teenagers or young adults from middle to upper-middle socioeconomic classes. Consumer preference analysis using conjoint analysis reveals that consumers prefer the original flavor, a crispy texture with minimal flour coating, aluminum foil standing pouch packaging, and a price range of Rp20.000 - Rp25.000. The results of the financial and non-financial analysis indicate that the Japanese spinach chips business is viable.
