Analisis Faktor yang Memengaruhi Keputusan Petani Jamur Tiram Putih Bermitra dengan CV Asa Agro Corporation
Abstract
Kemitraan merupakan strategi kolaboratif antara dua pihak atau lebih yang memiliki tujuan sinergis dan membentuk kesepakatan kerja sama yang saling menguntungkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk: (1) Mengidentifikasi pola kemitraan antara petani jamur tiram putih dengan CV Asa Agro Corporation; (2) Menganalisis faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi keputusan petani jamur tiram putih bermitra dengan CV Asa Agro Corporation; (3) Menghitung perbedaan pendapatan petani mitra dan non mitra. Metode analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, analisis regresi logistik, dan Independent sample t-test. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Pola kemitraan yang terjalin yaitu pola inti-plasma; (2) Faktor yang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan petani bermitra yaitu pendidikan, jumlah tanggungan keluarga, luas lahan, jaminan pasar, dan bimbingan teknis; (3) Terdapat perbedaan pendapatan dengan nilai signifikansi 0,046. Rata-rata pendapatan petani mitra sebesar Rp44.616.564/satu periode musim tanam, dengan nilai R/C rasio 1,37. Sedangkan, petani non mitra sebesar Rp26.380.296/satu periode musim tanam, dengan nilai R/C rasio 1,24. Partnership is a collaborative strategy between two or more parties that have synergistic goals and form a mutually beneficial cooperation agreement. This study aims to: (1) Identify the partnership patterns between white oyster mushroom farmers and CV Asa Agro Corporation; (2) Analyze the factors influencing white oyster mushroom farmers' decisions to partner with CV Asa Agro Corporation; (3) Calculate the income differences between partner and non-partner farmers. The analytical methods used include descriptive analysis, logistic regression analysis, and the Independent sample t-test. The results of the study show: (1) The partnership pattern formed is a core-plasma pattern; (2) Factors that significantly influence farmers' decisions to partner are education, number of family dependents, land area, market guarantees, and technical guidance; (3) There is a difference in income with a significance value of 0,046. The average income of partner farmers is Rp44.616.564/one harvest season, with an R/C ratio of 1,37. Meanwhile, non-partner farmers earn Rp26.380.296/one harvest season, with an R/C ratio of 1,24.
