      Abstract

The government of Indonesia holds the responsibility to provide social protection for all citizens, one of which is carried out through the employment social security program managed by BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. In its implementation, the monitoring process for potential participating companies is still performed manually using Excel-based worksheets. The use of a simple and non-visual format hampers the effectiveness of evaluation and decision-making processes. This condition contributes to the low registration rate of companies, despite follow-up efforts by branch offices. This study, conducted at BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cilandak Branch, aims to analyze existing problems and design a more systematic and structured monitoring worksheet. The findings indicate that optimizing the monitoring system with accurate and integrated information is essential to support transparency, accountability, and administrative effectiveness in recording contribution revenues. By developing a more informative worksheet, the follow-up process toward potential companies can be more efficient and directly improve program participation.
