The dissemination of technology to farmers implemented by researchers and extensionists intensively and simultaneously. One of the most important problems encountered is the improper utilization of technology by farmers, due to differ perception on the technology between farmers and researchers. It is necessary, therefore, to envolve farmers in the dissemination of tchnology and collect their feedback in improving adoption of technology for improving productivity and quality of product. This study aims to: (1) identify the characteristics of pepper farmers, (2) analyze the perception of farmers to dissemination farming technology of pepper, (3) analyze the perception of farmers to characterize technological innovation farming of pepper, and (4) analyze the factors that influence the rate of adoption of farming technology pepper.
