Abstract
Rembulan Merapi Farm is a company that produces cow's milk. Cow's milk that is not sold out and does not have product diversification is a weakness for the company. As a solution, companies can make processed products from cow's milk into milk sticks. This research aims to determine the added value produced, business feasibility of the business, and risk management. The methods used include the Hayami method added value analysis, business feasibility studies, and SWOT analysis. The results of the value-added analysis of the Hayami method show that milk stick processing has a high ratio (>40%). The results of the non-financial analysis are said to be feasible, seen from the market, technical, human resources, and collaboration aspects. Financial analysis is said to be feasible with an NPV of IDR 53,357,763.23; IRR 74%; Gross B/C 1.19; Net B/C 3.46; and PP 2.34 years. The results of the switching value show that the tolerance limit for the decrease in the sales volume of milk sticks is 17.00% and the increase in the cost of wheat flour is 609.98%. Risk management in milk stick products includes four aspects, namely product, market, finance, and human resources.
