dc.description.abstracteL Farm merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang berfokus pada kambing perah untuk diambil susunya. eL Farm memiliki selisih susu setelah pengiriman ke pabrik pengolahan sebanyak 200 liter dan belum memiliki produk turunan susu sehingga susu bubuk merupakan perencanaan unit bisnis baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai tambah dan kelayakan usaha jika susu murni kambing diolah menjadi susu bubuk. Metode yang digunakan ialah metode Hayami dan kelayakan investasi. Nilai tambah yang dihasilkan 43,72% dengan tingkat keuntungan 77,49%. Aspek non finansial dapat dikatakan layak apabila dalam segi hukum perusahaan membuat surat perizinan usaha, sedangkan aspek finansial dikatakan layak dengan nilai NPV mencapai Rp123.503.770, Net B/C 3,79, Gross B/C 1,18, IRR 48%, PP 2,1 tahun, serta BEP produksi dan rupiah masing-masing sebesar 1.684 dan Rp55.577.229.
dc.description.abstracteL Farm is one of the companies that specializes in dairy goats for milk production. eL Farm has a milk difference after delivery to the processing plant of 200 liters and currently lacks milk derivative products, indicating that milk powder is a prospective new business unit under consideration. This study aims to determine the additional value and commercial viability of processing pure goat milk into milk powder. The Hayami method and investment feasibility are used in this research. The added value generated is 43.72% with a profit rate of 77.49%. The non-financial aspect is deemed feasible if the company obtains a business license under legal requirements, while the financial aspect is considered feasible with an NPV of Rp123,503,770, Net B/C 3.79, Gross B/C 1.18, IRR 48%, PP 2.1 years, and production and rupiah BEP of 1,684 and Rp55,577,229 respectively.
