      Pengelolaan Usaha Peternakan Penggemukan Sapi Potong Di QL Farm Cilacap Jawa Tengah

      Abstract
      Usaha peternakan sapi potong merupakan salah satu sektor yang potensial dan strategis, terutama untuk memenuhi kebutuhan hewan qurban pada hari raya Idul Adha maupun acara lain. Tujuan proyek ini adalah mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang menentukan kelayakan usaha sapi potong. Metode analisis menggunakan data primer dan sekunder secara kualitatif dan deskriptif. Aspek usaha yang perlu diperhatikan pada penggemukan sapi potong meliputi biaya tetap, biaya variabel, evaluasi keuangan dan proses pemeliharaan. Aspek pemeliharaan meliputi persiapan lahan hijauan, kandang, penanganan sapi baru datang, pakan, kesehatan, dan evaluasi performa. Aspek evaluasi pemeliharaan yang dilakukan meliputi PBBH, ATC harga, ATC produksi, dan Revenue cost ratio. Hasil pengelolaan usaha peternakan sapi potong ini didapatkan hasil rata-rata pertambahan bobot badan harian mencapai 1,38 kg per ekor, ATC harga Rp. 50.889, ATC produksi 1.824 kg, total biaya produksi Rp 127.733.520, penerimaan Rp 175.700.000, keuntungan Rp 47.966.480, dan rasio biaya (R/C) 1,37.
       
      The beef cattle farming business is one of the potential and strategic sectors, especially to meet the demand for sacrificial animals during Eid al-Adha and other events. The objective of this project is to identify the factors determining the feasibility of the beef cattle business. The analysis method uses primary and secondary data in a qualitative and descriptive manner. The business aspects to be considered in fattening beef cattle include fixed costs, variable costs, financial evaluation, and maintenance processes. The maintenance aspects include preparation of forage land, barns, handling of newly arrived cattle, feed, health, and performance evaluation. The maintenance evaluation aspects conducted include Average Daily Weight Gain (ADWG), Average Total Cost Price (ATC) per unit, Average Total Cost Production (ATC), and Revenue Cost Ratio (R/C). The results of managing this beef cattle farming business show an average daily weight gain of 1.38 kg per head, ATC price of IDR 50,889, ATC production of 1,824 kg, total production cost of IDR 127,733,520, revenue of IDR 175,700,000, profit of IDR 47,966,480, and a cost ratio (R/C) of 1.37.
