Nilai Tambah Limbah Sayuran menjadi Pupuk Kompos untuk Meningkatkan Pendapatan Kelompok Tani Dewa Family

Abstract

Kelompok Tani Dewa Family merupakan kelompok tani yang bergerak di bidang pemasok berbagai jenis sayuran khususnya paprika. Budidaya paprika dan sayuran lainnya berpotensi menghasilkan limbah yang dapat mencemari lingkungan. Pupuk kompos merupakan salah satu cara dalam pengolahan limbah sayuran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi nilai tambah, mengetahui besarnya nilai tambah serta menganalisis non finansial dan finansial dari pengolahan Pupuk Kompos Dewa. Metode analisis yang digunakan yaitu metode Hayami, laba rugi, BEP dan kriteria investasi. Perhitungan nilai tambah dengan menggunakan metode Hayami diperoleh nilai tambah sebesar Rp595 per kg limbah sayuran dengan rasio nilai tambah 43%. Artinya, pengolahan limbah sayuran menjadi Pupuk Kompos Dewa memiliki nilai tambah yang tinggi karena rasio nilai tambah melebihi 40%. Diperoleh laba bersih tahun ke 1 sebesar Rp41.194.679 dan pada tahun ke 2-8 sebesar Rp70.602.899, BEP unit tahun ke 1-8 sebanyak 35.953, BEP rupiah tahun ke 1-8 sebesar Rp50.333.815, NPV sebesar 345.652.656, IRR sebesar 75%, Net B/C ratio sebesar 4,87, Gross B/C ratio sebesar 1,26 dan nilai Payback Period 2,25 tahun.

Dewa Family Farmers Group is a farmer group engaged in the supply of various types of vegetables, especially paprika. Cultivation of paprika and other vegetables has the potential to produce waste that can pollute the environment. Compost is one way to process vegetable waste. This study aims to determine the factors that influence added value, determine the amount of added value and analyze the non-financial and financial aspects of Dewa Compost Fertilizer processing. The analysis methods used are the Hayami method, profit and loss, BEP and investment criteria. The calculation of added value using the Hayami method obtained an added value of Rp595 per kg of vegetable waste with a value added ratio of 43%. This means that the processing of vegetable waste into Dewa Compost Fertilizer has high added value because the value added ratio exceeds 40%. The net profit obtained in year 1 was Rp41.194.679 and in years 2-8 it was Rp70.602.899, BEP units in years 1-8 were 35.953, BEP rupiah in years 1-8 was Rp50.333.815, NPV was 345.652.656, IRR was 75%, Net B/C ratio was 4.87, Gross B/C ratio was 1.26 and Payback Period value was 2.25 years.
