      Analisis Business Model Canvas dan Kelayakan Pengembangan Usaha Itik Pedaging di PT Amar Farm Internasional

      Abstract
      PT Amar Farm Internasional merupakan salah satu peternakan itik petelur yang saat ini akan mengembangkan usaha ke itik pedaging karena adanya peluang yaitu lahan yang kurang dimaksimalkan di perusahaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan analisis kelayakan usaha. Pengembangan usaha ini akan merubah struktur dari model bisnis perusahaan sehingga perlu dianalisis perbedaan masing-masing elemen. Analisis kelayakan usaha menggunakan analisis nonfinansial serta analisis finansial untuk menilai pengembangan usaha ini layak dijalankan. Analisis kelayakan secara nonfinansial pengembangan bisnis itik pedaging ini dikatakan layak dari aspek pasar, aspek teknis, aspek manajemen-hukum, aspek sosial-ekonomi-budaya, dan aspek lingkungan. Analisis Finansial pengembangan usaha ini layak dijalankan karena memenuhi kriteria investasi yaitu NPV sebesar Rp179.841.311, IRR sebesar 71%, Net B/C sebesar 5,39, Gross B/C sebesar 1,05, dan payback period selama 3 tahun 7 bulan. Kemudian hasil analisis switching value yang telah dilakukan didapatkan hasil bahwa perubahan maksimum untuk penurunan produksi itik sebesar 4,9689531%. Kemudian kenaikan maksimum untuk harga pakan sebesar 7,73381364%.
       
      PT Amar Farm International, originally focused on laying ducks, plans to expand into meat duck farming due to the presence of underutilized land. The study uses Business Model Canvas analysis and business feasibility analysis to assess the viability of this development. The expansion is expected to modify the company’s business model structure, necessitating a comparison of BMC elements before and after the change.The nonfinancial feasibility analysis indicates that the meat duck business is viable from the perspectives of market potential, technical capability, legal and managerial aspects, socio-economic and cultural factors, and environmental sustainability. Financial analysis also shows the expansion is feasible, with Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR Rp179.841.311, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) of 71%, Net B/C ratio of 5,39, Gross B/C ratio of 1,05, and payback period of 3 years and 7 months. Switching value analysis shows the investment remains feasible with a maximum decrease in duck production of 4.9689531% and a maximum increase in feed costs of 4.9689531%.
