      Abstract
      CV Tani Organik Merapi merupakan perusahaan yang memproduksi sayuran organik, salah satunya brokoli. Hasil trimming brokoli yang terbuang menjadi kelemahan perusahaan. Solusi yang dapat dilakukan oleh perusahaan yaitu mengolah hasil trimming tersebut menjadi produk stik batang brokoli. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui preferensi konsumen, menganalisis dan menyusun kelayakan usaha serta nilai tambah bisnis O’Bro Stik. Metode yang digunakan mencakup analisis konjoin, kelayakan bisnis aspek non finansial dan finansial, serta nilai tambah. Hasil dari preferensi konsumen menunjukkan bahwa atribut yang menjadi pertimbangan konsumen sebelum membeli O’Bro Stik adalah tekstur, harga, dan kemasan. Hasil analisis non finansial dan finansial dinyatakan layak dengan NPV sebesar Rp86.166.474; IRR 102,17%; gross B/C 4,58; net B/C 1,40; dan payback period selama 2,0 tahun. Hasil switching value menunjukkan bahwa batas toleransi perubahan maksimum terhadap penurunan produksi sebesar 30,13% dan 534,65% terhadap kenaikan tepung terigu. Analisis nilai tambah menghasilkan nilai yang signifikan sebesar 47,70%.
       
      CV Tani Organik Merapi is a company that produces organic vegetables, one of which is broccoli. The discarded broccoli trimming results are a weakness of the company. The solution that can be implemented by the company is to process the results of the pruning into broccoli stem stick products. This study aims to determine consumer preferences, analyze and develop business feasibility, and calculate the added value O'Bro Stik business. The methods used include conjoint analysis, non financial and financial aspects of business feasibility, and added value. The results of consumer preferences show that the attributes that consumers consider before buying O'Bro Stik are texture, price, and packaging. The results of non-financial and financial analysis were declared feasible with NPV of Rp86.166.474; IRR 102,17%; gross B/C 4.58; net B/C 1.40; and payback period of 2 years. The switching value results showed a maximum tolerance limit for changes in production of 30,13% and an increase in wheat flour of 534,65%. The added value analysis produced a significance value of 47,70%.
