      Penilaian Kriteria Green Building Kategori EEC, MRC, dan IHC Gedung Zeta Sekolah Vokasi IPB

      Abstract
      Pemanasan global merupakan salah satu isu lingkungan yang menjadi perhatian utama di era modern. Peningkatan suhu di darat dan lautan, yang dikenal sebagai pemanasan global, telah mendorong kesadaran global terhadap pentingnya pelestarian lingkungan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kesesuaian Gedung Zeta Sekolah Vokasi IPB dengan standar sertifikasi green building berdasarkan Greenship Rating Tools v1.1. Fokus penelitian meliputi tiga kategori utama, yaitu Efisiensi dan Konservasi Energi (EEC), Sumber dan Siklus Material (MRC), serta Kesehatan dan Kenyamanan dalam Ruang (IHC). Hasil penilaian sesuai rating tools memperoleh 2 poin pada EEC, 3 poin pada MRC, dan 11 poin pada IHC. Total poin diperoleh sebanyak 16 dari 68 poin tersedia. Rekomendasi utama yang diajukan meliputi pemasangan meteran kWh untuk pemantauan energi, implementasi kebijakan pembelian material bersertifikat, serta peningkatan kenyamanan ruang melalui pemantauan gas pencemar dan optimasi pencahayaan.
       
      Global warming is one of the most significant environmental issues in the modern era. The rise in land and ocean temperatures, known as global warming, has driven global awareness of the importance of environmental preservation. This study aims to evaluate the compliance of the Zeta Building, IPB Vocational School, with green building certification standards based on Greenship Rating Tools v1.1. The research focuses on three main categories: Energy Efficiency and Conservation (EEC), Material Resources and Cycle (MRC), and Indoor Health and Comfort (IHC). The assessment results according to the rating tools achieved 2 points in EEC, 3 points in MRC, and 11 points in IHC, with a total of 16 out of 68 available points. Key recommendations include the installation of kWh meters for energy monitoring, the implementation of certified material procurement policies, and the enhancement of indoor comfort through pollutant monitoring and lighting optimization.
