| dc.description.abstract | Teluk Jakarta yang berada pada bagian sebelah utara Provinsi DKI Jakarta
memiliki potensi sumberdaya perairan dan jasa lingkungan. Berbagai potensi
sumberdaya perairan meliputi ekosistem mangrove, terumbu karang dan biota laut.
Tekanan lingkungan yang terjadi di kawasan perairan dan pesisir antara lain berupa
penggunaan ruang antar sektor pembangunan, reklamasi, eksploitasi berlebih,
kerusakan fisik habitat pesisir, pencemaran dan sedimentasi.
Diantara berbagai bentuk kerusakan lingkungan, pencemaran menjadi
masalah paling kompleks dan berbahaya. Tujuan penelitian adalah: (1) Menilai
status kualitas air di perairan pada pola pemanfaatan pesisir yang berbeda sebagai
dasar rujukan untuk tindakan pengelolaan perairan; (2) Memetakan pola
pemanfaatan ruang berbasis ekologi, sosial dan lingkungan Teluk Jakarta; (3)
Merancang model spasial kualitas perairan di Teluk Jakarta untuk optimalisasi pada
pemanfaatan ruang perairan.
Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari data primer dan data
sekunder. Analisis data meliputi penentuan status kualitas air dengan metode Indeks
Pencemaran dan Analisis Principal Component Analysis digunakan untuk
mengetahui komponen utama yang paling berpengaruh dari beberapa komponen
yang dianalisis. Analisis Spasial bertujuan untuk memetakan sebaran kualitas air
dengan metode interpolasi metode Inverse Distance Weighting.
Parameter kualitas air perairan Teluk Jakarta pada Musim Barat dan Musim
Timur tahun 2023 mengalami kondisi yang tidak memenuhi baku mutu pada
parameter kekeruhan, TSS, oksigen terlarut, nitrat, fosfat, dan juga amonia. Hal
tersebut cenderung diakibatkan oleh kandungan limbah organik dan industri dari
sumber daratan yang masuk melalui muara dan menyebar, yang dipengaruhi oleh
oseanografi perairan laut Teluk Jakarta.
Status tercemar berat di muara pada titik-titik M2 (Cengkareng Drain), M5
(Muara Angke), M6 (Muara BKT), M7 (Muara Gembong) dan M8 (Muara Kamal).
Pola ruang dan pemanfaatan lahan di kawasan pesisir Teluk Jakarta, terutama di
area sekitar mulut teluk, dari delapan kategori penggunaan lahan, didominasi oleh
zona perikanan tangkap dengan luas 97,54% dan pemukiman sebesar 76,23% total
luas pesisir yang termasuk dalam area penelitian di Teluk Jakarta. Hal ini diduga
menjadi salah satu penyebab pencemaran air yang cukup tinggi di dekat muara.
Penurunan kualitas lingkungan laut yang diakibatkan kegiatan reklamasi
juga berdampak terhadap ekosistem di Teluk Jakarta. Permasalahan tersebut dapat
ditelaah dari rumusan KLHS DKI Jakarta dan analisis deskriptif melalui 3
pendekatan. Pendekatan Ekosistem, Pendekatan Sosial budaya ekonomi dan
pendekatan Hukum dan kelembagaan. Pengelolaan didasarkan pada hubungan
keterkaitan antar komponen tersebut untuk mendapatkan rekomendasi pengelolaan
Teluk Jakarta. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Jakarta Bay, which is in the northern part of DKI Jakarta Province, has the
potential for aquatic resources and environmental services. Various potential
aquatic resources include mangrove ecosystems, coral reefs and marine life.
Environmental pressures that occur in water and coastal areas include the use of
space between development sectors, reclamation, overexploitation, physical
damage to coastal habitats, pollution and sedimentation.
Among the various forms of environmental damage, pollution is the most
complex and dangerous problem. The objectives of the study are: (1) Assessing the
status of water quality in waters on different coastal utilization patterns as a
reference basis for water management actions; (2) Mapping the pattern of space
utilization based on the ecology, social and environment of Jakarta Bay; (3)
Designing a spatial model of water quality in Jakarta Bay for optimization in the
use of water space. The data used in this study consisted of primary data and
secondary data.
Data analysis includes determining the status of water quality by the Pollution
Index method and Principal Component Analysis is used to determine the main
components that are the most influential of the several components analyzed.
Spatial analysis aims to map the distribution of water quality with the interpolation
method of the Inverse Distance Weighting method.
The water quality parameters of Jakarta Bay waters in the Western and
Eastern Seasons of 2023 experienced conditions that did not meet the quality
standards in the parameters of turbidity, TSS, dissolved oxygen, nitrates,
phosphates, and ammonia. This tends to be caused by the content of organic and
industrial waste from land sources that enter through estuaries and spread, which is
influenced by the oceanography of the sea waters of Jakarta Bay.
The status of heavy pollution in the estuary is at the points M2 (Cengkareng
Drain), M5 (Muara Angke), M6 (Muara BKT), M7 (Muara Gembong) and M8
(Muara Kamal). The spatial pattern and land use in the coastal area of Jakarta Bay,
especially in the area around the mouth of the bay, from eight categories of land
use, are dominated by capture fisheries zones with an area of 97.54% and
settlements of 76.23% of the total coastal area included in the research area in
Jakarta Bay. This is suspected to be one of the causes of water pollution that is quite
high near the estuary.
The decline in the quality of the marine environment caused by reclamation
activities also has an impact on the ecosystem in Jakarta Bay. These problems can
be analyzed from the formulation of the DKI Jakarta KLHS and descriptive analysis
through 3 approaches. Ecosystem Approach, Socio-cultural Economic Approach
and Law and Institutional Approach. Management is based on the relationship
between these components to obtain recommendations for the management of
Jakarta Bay. | |
