This research used eight strains of Pseudomonas sp which were able to promote plant growth and induce plant health and resistance against phytophatogenic fungi. The aim of this research were to know optimation of inoculant production, encompassing pH and alternative medium optimation, and cell viability test in peat soil as a carrier. From eight strains of Pseudomonas sp. which were used, there were two groups of bacteria with different of optimum pH, which are pH 7.0 for CRB 17, CRB 12, CRB 24, CRB 46, CRB 47, CRB 5, and pH 6.5 for CRB 49 and CRB 56. Eight strains of Pseudomonas sp. which were used, could grow nicely in alternative media. Three bacteria which had high cell mass was CRB 17, 46, 49 and they were use either as single inoculants or mix inoculants with peat soil as carrier. Either as single inoculants or mix inoculants had a nice viability in peat soil as a carrier. High viability respon was CRB 46 on zero week, which was 2.01×109 CFU and low viability respon CRB 46+49 on fourth week, which were 6.7×108 CFU.id
