Estimasi Nilai Ekonomi Jasa Lingkungan Kawasan Taman Hutan Raya Pancoran Mas Kota Depok

Abstract

Taman Hutan Raya Pancoran Mas memiliki peran yang sangat penting untuk menjaga lingkungan sekitarnya agar tetap hidup. Pengelolaan yang baik terhadap Taman Hutan Raya Pancoran Mas berpengaruh terhadap keberlanjutan dari jasa lingkungan yang dihasilkan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengestimasi nilai ekonomi jasa penyerapan karbon Taman Hutan Raya Pancoran Mas dengan metode NDVI (Nornalized Difference Vegetation Index). Selain itu, penelitian ini juga mengestimasi nilai ekonomi jasa lingkungan Taman Hutan Raya Pancoran Mas sebagai daerah resapan air serta menganalisis persepsi masyarakat sekitar terhadap Taman Hutan Raya Pancoran Mas dengan metode skala likert. Dengan begitu, dapat diketahui berapa nilai ekonomi jasa lingkungan Taman Hutan Raya Pancoran Mas dalam setahun dan juga bagaimana respon masyarakat sekitar terhadap keberadaan Taman Hutan Raya Pancoran Mas. Taman Hutan Raya Pancoran Mas memiliki nilai ekonomi sebagai penyerap karbon sebesar Rp 140.694.167 dan nilai ekonomi sebagai daerah resapan air sebesar Rp 358.249.072 dalam setahun.

Pancoran Mas Forest Park has a very important role in keeping the surrounding environment alive. Good management of the Pancoran Mas Grand Forest influences the sustainability of the enviromental services produced. The purpose of this researh is to estimate the economic value of Pancoran Mas Grand Forest’s carbon sequestration services using the NDVI (Normalized Difference Vegetation Index) method. Apart from that, this research also estimates the economic value of the environmental servisces if the Pancoran Mas Grand Forest Park as a water catchment area and analyzes the perceptions of the surrounding community towards the Pancoran Mas Grand Forest Park using the Likert Scale method. That way, we can find out what the economic value of the Pancoran Mas Grand Forest Park’s environmental services is in a year also how the local community responds to the existence of the Pancoran Mas Grand Forest Park. Pancoran Mas Grand Forest Park has an economic value as a carbon absorber of IDR 140.694.167 and n economic value as a water catchment area of IDR 358.249.072 a year.
