dc.description.abstractPepaya (Carica papaya L.) merupakan buah yang cukup populer dan banyak dibudidayakan di Indonesia. Adanya peningkatan permintaan buah pepaya menunjukkan perlu adanya peningkatan baik kuantitas, kualitas maupun kontinuitas produksi pepaya di Indonesia. Oleh karena itu, untuk mendukung pertumbuhan tanaman pepaya agar tumbuh dan berproduksi optimal diperlukan bibit yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis efektivitas penggunaan pupuk hayati terhadap pertumbuhan bibit pepaya. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari bulan Januari 2024 sampai bulan Mei 2024 di Kebun Percobaan PKHT, Pasirkuda, Ciomas, Bogor dan Laboratorium Mikroteknik, Departemen Agronomi dan Hortikultura, Institut Pertanian Bogor. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan yaitu Rancangan Kelompok Lengkap Teracak (RKLT) dengan faktor tunggal terdiri dari 4 taraf perlakuan dan 6 ulangan. Perlakuan yang diberikan adalah perbedaan dosis pupuk hayati P0 0 ml per tanaman (kontrol), P1 10 ml per tanaman, P2 20 ml per tanaman, P3 30 ml per tanaman. Aplikasi pupuk hayati mampu meningkatkan pertumbuhan bibit pepaya Callina. Pupuk hayati 10 ml per tanaman meningkatkan pertumbuhan tinggi tanaman, jumlah daun, ketebalan daun, kerapatan stomata, bobot basah tajuk, bobot kering akar, bobot kering tajuk, bobot basah total, dan bobot kering total.
dc.description.abstractivated in Indonesia. The increasing demand for papaya fruit indicates the need to increase the quantity, quality and continuity of papaya production in Indonesia. Therefore, to support the growth of papaya plants to grow and produce optimally, quality seeds are needed. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of the use of biological fertilizers on the growth of papaya seedlings. This research was conducted from January 2024 to May 2024 at PKHT Experimental Farm, Pasirkuda, Ciomas, Bogor and Microtechnical Laboratory, Department of Agronomy and Horticulture, Bogor Agricultural University. The research design used RKLT with a single factor consisting of 4 treatment levels and 6 replicates. The treatments namely were different doses of biological fertilizer 0, 10, 20, and 30 ml per plant. The application of biofertilizer can increase the growth of Callina papaya seedlings. Biofertilizer 10 ml per plant increased the growth of plant height, number of leaves, leaf thickness, stomatal density, crown wet weight, root dry weight, crown dry weight, total wet weight, and total dry weight.
