      Perencanaan Bisnis Nugget Jamur Tiram pada Guntur Sumber Mushroom Ciawi Kabupaten Bogor

      Abstract
      Guntur Sumber Mushroom kehilangan pasar akibat pemutusan kerjasama dengan mitra, menyebabkan kelebihan produksi jamur tiram dan perusahaan harus mengurangi jumlah produksi. Perencanaan pengembangan bisnis ini diharapkan mampu mengembalikan pasar yang sebelumnya hilang melalui pasar baru dengan membuat produk nugget jamur tiram. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan bisnis dan mengetahui nilai tambah dari produk nugget jamur tiram. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Metode kualitatif untuk mengkaji kelayakan bisnis pada aspek non finansial, sedangkan metode kuantitatif untuk menganalisis kelayakan bisnis pada aspek finansial dan nilai tambah menggunakan metode Hayami. Hasil penelitian pada analisis kelayakan finansial dapat dikatakan layak, dengan nilai NPV Rp133.177.272, IRR 89%, Gross B/C 1,08, Net B/C 3,4, dan Payback Period (PP) selama 3 tahun 8 bulan. Bisnis nugget jamur tiram menoleransi kenaikan harga jamur tiram sebesar 66,23% dan penurunan jumlah produksi sebesar 7,52% serta nilai tambah dari pengolahan produk adalah 47%.
       
      Guntur Sumber Mushroom lost its market due to the termination of cooperation with partners, causing an overproduction of oyster mushrooms and the company had to reduce the amount of production. It is hoped that this business development plan will be able to restore previously lost markets through new markets by making oyster mushroom nugget products. This research aims to determine the feasibility of the business and determine the added value of oyster mushroom nugget products. The analytical methods used are qualitative and quantitative. The qualitative method is to assess business feasibility in non-financial aspects, while the quantitative method is to analyze business feasibility in financial and added value aspects using the Hayami method. The results of research on financial feasibility analysis can be said to be feasible, with an NPV value of IDR 133.177.272, IRR 89%, Gross B/C 1.08, Net B/C 3.4, and a Payback Period (PP) of 3 years 8 months. The oyster mushroom nugget business tolerated an increase in oyster mushroom prices of 66,23% and a decrease in production quantities of 7,52% and the added value from product processing was 47%.
