Pendampingan Implementasi Budaya 5R sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Produktivitas Pada Unit Usaha Ayam Petelur (Kasus Pondok Pesantren Nurul Muhibbin Halong, Kalimantan Selatan) pendampingan bertujuan mendeskripsikan gambaran umum mengenai kelembagaan unit usaha peternakan ayam petelur pondok pesantren, menguraikan permasalahan dalam pendampingan implementasi budaya 5R unit usaha peternakan ayam petelur pesantren. melaksanakan serta mengevaluasi pendampingan implementasi budaya 5R unit usaha peternakan ayam petelur Pondok Pesantren Nurul Muhibbin Halong. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode kualitatif didukung kuantitatif. Hasil menunjuk implementasi 5R dengan skor cukup untuk memenuhi implementasi budaya 5R. Pengimplementasian 5R memiliki permasalahan yang dianalisis beberapa faktor yaitu manusia, lingkungan, metode dan material. Menyikapi permasalahan diadakannya pendampingan implementasi 5R secara umum dan implementasi 5R dengan 5 aspek (Ringkas, rapi, resik, rawat, rajin). Evaluasi salah satunya menggunakan metode pendekatan before dan after setelah pendampingan, ketercapaian pendampingan, dan kemajuan pembentukan proses implementasi budaya 5R menggunakan alat ukur 5R Checklist yang diperoleh dengan hasil skor implementasi 5R sangat baik atau memenuhi implementasi 5R. Ketercapaian dalam pendampingan tersebut dengan harapan kelompok kerja dapat mengimplementasikan secara berkelanjutan dalam budaya 5R. general picture of the institutionalization of the egg-laying chicken farming
business unit of the Islamic boarding school, outlining the problems in mentoring
the implementation of the 5R culture of the egg-laying chicken farming business

qualitative methods supported by quantitative methods. The results indicate the
implementation of 5R with a score sufficient to meet the implementation of the 5R
culture. The implementation of 5R has problems that are analyzed by several
factors, namely humans, environment, methods and materials. In response to the
problems, mentoring was held for the implementation of 5R in general and the
implementation of 5R with 5 aspects (Concise, neat, clean, care, diligent). One of
the evaluations uses the before and after approach method after mentoring, the
achievement of mentoring, and the progress of the formation of the 5R culture
implementation process using the 5R Checklist measuring tool obtained with a very
good 5R implementation score or meeting the 5R implementation. The achievement
in mentoring is expected to be able to implement it sustainably in the 5R culture.
