      Pengembangan Bisnis Hampers Melon Sweet Hami sebagai Nilai Tambah Komoditas Melon Hami Grade AA pada PT Indigen Karya Unggul

      Abstract
      Sektor industri kriya di Indonesia menjadi salah satu penyumbang terbesar PDB industri ekonomi kreatif. Kontribusi yang besar dalam industri ekonomi kreatif ini membuka peluang bisnis di bidang kriya, salah satunya hampers. PT Indigen Karya Unggul merupakan perusahaan budi daya melon premium yang menggunakan sistem hidroponik di greenhouse. Melon hami grade AA merupakan melon hasil panen dengan kualitas terbaik di setiap periode panen. Perusahaan berupaya untuk memanfaatkan potensi melon hami grade AA yang unggul dengan meningkatkan nilai tambah melalui pengembangan bisnis menjadi hampers. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan model bisnis yang menjadi strategi untuk meningkatkan pengembangan bisnis tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan karakteristik konsumen hampers mayoritas perempuan, berusia 31-40 tahun, dan pegawai swasta. Adanya pengembangan bisnis Hampers Melon Sweet Hami dapat meningkatkan nilai tambah sebesar Rp205.876 dan rasio nilai tambah sebesar 58,82%. Berdasarkan hasil analisis R/C ratio terjadi peningkatan sebesar dari 1,07 menjadi 1,30 di mana, dari hasil tersebut usaha Hampers Melon Sweet Hami menguntungkan untuk dijalankan.
       
      The craft industry sector in Indonesia is one of the largest contributors to the GDP of the creative economy industry. This large contribution to the creative economy industry opens up business opportunities in the craft sector, one of which is hampers. PT Indigen Karya Unggul is a premium melon cultivation company that uses a hydroponic system in the greenhouse. Hami grade AA melons are harvested melons with the best quality in every harvest period. The company seeks to utilize the superior potential of grade AA hami melons by increasing added value through business development into hampers. Therefore, a business model is needed as a strategy to improve business development. The results of this study show that the characteristics of hampers consumers are mostly female, aged 31-40 years, and private employees. The existence of Hampers Melon Sweet Hami business development can increase the added value of Rp205,876 and the added value ratio of 58.82 percent. Based on the results of the R/C ratio analysis, there was an increase from 1.07 to 1.30 where, from these results, the Sweet Hami Melon Hampers business is profitable to run.
