dc.description.abstractSusu merupakan salah satu bahan makanan berupa cairan yang berasal dari ambing mamalia yang sehat. Menurut Badan Pusat Statistik 2023 secara nasional produksi susu segar di indonesia pada tahun 2023 sebanyak 837.223,20 ton yang hanya mampu memenuhi kebutuhan susu sebesar 22%, sehingga masih melakukan impor susu. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu menganalisa usaha susu sapi segar di KPS Cianjur Utara, Kecamatan Cipanas, Kabupaten Cianjur dengan mengetahui alur penanganan hingga ke pemasaran susu di KPS Cianjur Utara. Metode yang dilakukan selama pelaksanaan analisis usaha ini adalah dengan mengikuti seluruh kegiatan di Perusahaan. Pengumpulan data dilakukan secara langsung melalui pengamatan dengan meliputi keadaan umum perusahaan, manajemen pemeliharaan, data produksi susu, penanganan susu, penjualan susu dan data keuangan lainnya. Analisis yang digunakan yaitu kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Kualitatif sebagai informasi terkait perusahaan, sedangkan kuantitatif terdiri dari informasi biaya - biaya yang dikeluarkan dan diterima oleh perusahaan. Nilai R/C ratio yang didapat oleh KPS Cianjur Utara dalam usaha susu segar yaitu 1,12 dan nilai ROI sebesar 11,7, dimana penjualan susu sapi segar di KPS Cianjur Utara layak dijalankan.
dc.description.abstractMilk is a food ingredient in the form of a liquid that comes from the udder of healthy mammals. According to the 2023 Central Bureau of Statistics, national fresh milk production in Indonesia in 2023 will be 837,223.20 tons, which is only able to meet milk needs by 22%, so milk imports are still carried out. The aim of this research is to analyze the fresh cow's milk business in North Cianjur KPS Cipanas District, Cianjur Regency by knowing the flow of handling to milk marketing in North Cianjur KPS. The method used during the implementation of this business analysis is to follow all activities in the Company. Data collection is carried out directly through observation, covering the general condition of the company, maintenance management, milk production data, milk handling, milk sales and other financial data. The analysis used is qualitative and quantitative. Qualitative is information related to the company, while quantitative consists of information on costs incurred and received by the company. The R/C ratio value obtained by North Cianjur KPS in the fresh milk business is 1.12 and the ROI value is 11.7, where selling fresh cow's milk at North Cianjur KPS is feasible.
