| dc.description.abstract | Persaingan dunia usaha yang semakin tinggi setiap harinya memberikan dampak kepada pihak perusahaan untuk semakin kreatif dalam memproduksi dan menghasilkan produk yang diciptakan. Lumbung Stroberi memiliki komoditas pertanian yaitu tanaman stroberi. Produk teh daun stroberi yang diciptakan diharapkan akan mendirikan produk yang inovatif dengan banyaknya manfaat ditawarkan. Tujuan penelitian adalah menganalisis preferensi konsumen dan kelayakan usaha teh daun stroberi berdasarkan aspek non finansial dan aspek finansial. Analisis yang digunakan meliputi analisis conjoint dan kelayakan bisnis. Penelitian ini memiliki hasil preferensi konsumen tertinggi yaitu ukuran dengan nilai 75 g dan terendah adalah kepraktisan dengan indikator mudah disimpan. NPV > 0 sebesar Rp716.579.090; IRR > DR sebesar 77%; gross B/C > 1 sebesar 1,9; net B/C > 1 sebesar 11,2; dan payback periode < umur bisnis selama 2 tahun. Mengukur perubahan maksimum pada komponen usaha yang masih dapat ditoleransi menggunakan analisis switching value, penurunan produksi sebesar 35,84% dan harga teh daun stroberi sebesar 35,84% untuk mengetahui batas toleransi, pada kenaikan harga daun sebesar 380,57%. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The increasing competition in the business world every day has an impact on companies to be more creative in producing and producing the products they create. Lumbung Straberi has agricultural commodities, namely strawberry plants. It is hoped that the strawberry leaf tea product created will establish an innovative product with many benefits to offer. The aim of the research is to analyze consumer preferences and the feasibility of a strawberry leaf tea business based on non-financial and financial aspects. The analysis used includes conjoint analysis and business feasibility. This research has the highest consumer preference results, namely size with a value of 75 g and the lowest is practicality with an indicator that is easy to store.
