      Validasi Metode Penentuan Kadar Timbal dalam Kecap Manis dengan Destruksi Basah Secara Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom Nyala

      Abstract
      Keberadaan logam timbal (Pb) dalam kecap perlu dilakukan pengawasan mengingat akibat bahayanya logam tersebut jika masuk ke dalam tubuh dengan jumlah berlebih. Menurut SNI 7387:2009 batas kadar timbal yang diperbolehkan dalam kecap adalah sebesar 1,0 mg/kg. Penentuan logam timbal dilakukan menggunakan metode spektrofotometri serapan atom (SSA) melalui proses preparasi metode destruksi basah. Metode destruksi basah dilakukan dengan menggunakan HNO3 65% dan HClO4 60% yang mengacu pada APHA 2023. Sampel yang telah didestruksi kemudian diukur menggunakan spektrofotometer serapan atom nyala Perkin Elmer 300 sebanyak 7 kali. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan nilai Linearitas sebesar 0,999, nilai LD 0,0148 mg/L, nilai LK 0,0447 mg/L, nilai repeatabilitas 2,8328%, nilai %perolehan kembali sebesar 100,35%. Analisis statistika pada uji ketahanan menunjukkan hasil f-hitung < f-tabel dan analisis statistika pada uji ketangguhan menunjukkan hasil t-hitung < t-tabel. Nilai seluruh parameter uji yang didapat ini telah memenuhi persyaratan yang ditentukan.
       
      The Presence of lead (Pb) in soy sauce needs to be monitored due to the harmful effects of this metal when ingested in excessive amounts. According to SNI 7387:2009, the permissible lead content in soy sauce is 1,0 mg/kg. The determination of lead metal is carried out using the atomic absorption spectrophotometry (AAS) method through a wet digestion preparation process. The wet digestion method is performed using 65% HNO3 dan 60% HClO4, referring to APHA 2023. The digested samples are then measured using a Perkin Elmer 300 flame atomic absorption spectrophotometer seven times. The result of the study shows a linearity value of 0.999, LOD of 0.0148 mg/L, LOQ of 0.0447 mg/L, repeatability value of 2.8328%, and a recovery rate of 100.35%. Statistical analysis of the robustness test shows f-calculated < f-table and statistical analysis of the ruggedness shows t-calculated < t-table. The values of all the obtained test parameters meet the specified requirements.
