Perencanaan Pendirian Rumah Potong Ayam pada PT Rismawan Pratama Bersinar Kabupaten Sukabumi
Abstract
Konsumsi daging ayam di Kabupaten Sukabumi mengalami kenaikan dalam beberapa tahun terakhir. PT Rismawan Pratama Bersinar adalah perusahaan peternakan ayam broiler. Perusahaan ini memproduksi ayam hidup dengan kapasitas 164.600 ekor per siklus. PT Rismawan Pratama Bersinar sering mengalami keterlambatan pemasaran sehingga biaya pemeliharaan ayam jadi bertambah. Dengan pendirian rumah potong ayam, akan mengurangi biaya pemeliharaan selama masa panen. Selain mengurangi biaya pemeliharaan, pendirian rumah potong ayam juga dapat membuka pasar baru dengan penambahan nilai jual ayam broiler sehingga dapat bersaing dengan perusahaan kompetitor. Dalam perencanaan pendirian rumah potong ayam perlu dilakukan analisis secara finansial dan non finansial. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode analisis Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan analisis kelayakan bisnis. Perencanaan pendirian rumah potong ayam ini berdasarkan Business Model Canvas (BMC) dan analisis kelayakan usaha aspek finansial (NPV, Net B/C, Gross B/C, IRR, Payback Period (PP)) sudah memenuhi kriteria kelayakan usaha dan layak untuk dijalankan. Chicken meat consumption in Sukabumi Regency has increased in recent years. PT Rismawan Pratama Bersinar is a broiler chicken farming company. This company only produces live chickens with a capacity of 164,600 per cycle. PT Rismawan Pratama Bersinar often delays marketing so that the cost of raising chickens increases. By establishing a chicken slaughterhouse, maintenance costs will be reduced during the harvest period. Apart from reducing maintenance costs, establishing a chicken slaughterhouse can also open up new markets by increasing the selling value of broiler chickens so that they can compete with competing companies. In planning to establish a chicken slaughterhouse, financial and non-financial analysis needs to be carried out. This research uses the Business Model Canvas (BMC) analysis method and business feasibility analysis. The planning for the establishment of this chicken slaughterhouse is based on the Business Model Canvas (BMC) and financial aspect business feasibility analysis (NPV, Net B/C, Gross B/C, IRR, Payback Period (PP) which meets the business feasibility criteria and feasible to run.
