      Pengembangan Bisnis Minuman Instan Bubuk Stroberi Jahe pada Lumbung Stroberi Kota Batu

      Abstract
      Lumbung Stroberi dapat memanfaatkan stroberi yang tidak lolos sortasi dan grading menjadi produk minuman instan bubuk yang dapat memperpanjang umur simpan dan memberikan nilai tambah bagi Lumbung Stroberi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menyusun perencanaan bisnis, menganalisis sikap konsumen, dan menganalisis kelayakan bisnis produk minuman instan bubuk stroberi jahe. Metode yang digunakan adalah model bisnis kanvas, analisis kepuasan konsumen, dan analisis kelayakan bisnis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan produk minuman instan ini disukai konsumen berdasarkan analisis kepuasan konsumen dengan responden sebanyak 30 orang. Nilai sikap konsumen yang dihasilkan adalah 139,56 yang termasuk ke dalam kategori baik. Pengembangan bisnis minuman instan bubuk stroberi jahe berdasarkan analisis kelayakan bisnis dikatakan layak dengan nilai Net Present Value (NPV) sebesar Rp258.673.357, Internal Rate Return (IRR) sebesar 103,49%, Net B/C sebesar 3,91, Gross B/C sebesar 1,23, dan Payback Period (PP) selama 2 tahun.
       
      Lumbung Stroberi can utilize strawberries that do not pass sorting and grading into powdered instant drink products which can extend shelf life and provide added value for Lumbung Stroberi. The aim of this research is to prepare a business plan, analyze customer satisfaction, and analyze the business feasibility of instant drink products with strawberry ginger powder. The methods used are Business Model Canvas (BMC), consumer satisfaction analysis, and business feasibility analysis. The research results showed that this instant drink product is liked by consumers based on consumer satisfaction analysis with 30 respondents. The resulting consumer attitude value is 139.56 which is included in the good category. The development of the strawberry ginger powder instant drink business based on business feasibility analysis is said to be feasible with a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 258.673.357, Internal Rate Return (IRR) of 103,49%, Net B/C of 3,91, Gross B/ C is 1,23, and the Payback Period (PP) is 2 years.
