      Pengembangan Bisnis Edible Flower melalui Kegiatan Workshop di PT Ijo Kreasi Indonesia Kota Bandung

      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kelayakan dan jadwal aktivitas pengembangan bisnis edible flower melalui kegiatan workshop di PT Ijo Kreasi Indonesia Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian meliputi analisis kelayakan pengembangan bisnis dan critical path method (CPM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan bisnis edible flower berdasarkan kajian non finansial mencakup minat terhadap workshop, target pasar yang sesuai, manajemen kegiatan yang efektif, dan kolaborasi dengan mitra berkontribusi positif terhadap perluasan pasar dan peningkatan penjualan perusahaan. Kajian finansial mengindikasikan peningkatan laba bersih dari Rp108.305.391,47 menjadi Rp123.415.757,98, R/C ratio dari 2,97 menjadi 2,99 dan keuntungan tambahan sebesar Rp15.186.298,00 dalam sebulan. Penerapan CPM menunjukkan total waktu pelaksanaan periode pertama selama 45 hari dan periode selanjutnya 27 hari, dengan jalur kritis periode pertama melalui aktivitas A-B-D-E-H-I atau A-B-D-F-H-I, dan periode selanjutnya melalui aktivitas A-E-H-I atau A-F-H-I.
       
      This study aims to analyze the feasibility and activity schedule of developing an edible flower business through workshop at PT Ijo Kreasi Indonesia Bandung City. The research methods include business development feasibility analysis and critical path method (CPM). The results show that the development of the edible flower business contributes positively to expanding the market and increasing company sales, based on non financial analysis including workshop interest, appropriate target markets, effective activity management, and collaboration with partners. Financial analysis indicates an increase in net profit from Rp108.305.391,47 to Rp123.415.757,98, an R/C ratio increase from 2,97 to 2,99 and an additional profit of Rp15.186.298,00. The application of CPM indicates a total implementation time of 45 days for the first period and 27 days for next periods, with critical path the first period through activities A-B-D-E-H-I or A-B-D-F-H-I, and the next periods through activities A-E-H-I or A-F-H-I.
