dc.description.abstract | BPJS Ketenagakerjaan menerapkan konsep corporate university melalui Institut BPJS Ketenagakerjaan untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan karyawan. Salah satu inisiatif utama adalah penggunaan teknologi informasi, termasuk Learning Management System (LMS) dan video pembelajaran, guna menyediakan akses mudah dan fleksibel terhadap materi pembelajaran. Pengembangan kompetensi karyawan, terutama dalam komunikasi persuasif, menjadi prioritas karena keterampilan ini mendukung efektivitas dalam berkomunikasi dengan calon mitra atau peserta, yang penting bagi pencapaian tujuan organisasi. Agar video pembelajaran ini efektif, proses produksi harus diperhatikan dengan seksama. Pasca produksi video pembelajaran komunikasi persuasif melibatkan berbagai tahapan seperti penyuntingan, peningkatan visual dan audio, serta pengecekan kelayakan konten sebelum dipublikasikan. Teknik seperti superimposing, animasi, color grading, dan transisi digunakan untuk meningkatkan kualitas dan daya tarik video. Tahap pasca produksi yang komprehensif memastikan bahwa setiap video pembelajaran yang dihasilkan memiliki standar kualitas yang baik dan relevan dengan kebutuhan pengembangan kompetensi karyawan. | |

through the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Institute to enhance employee knowledge and
skills. One of the main initiatives is the use of information technology, including a
Learning Management System (LMS) and educational videos, to provide easy and
flexible access to learning materials. Employee competency development,
especially in persuasive communication, is a priority because this skill supports
effective communication with prospective partners or participants, which is crucial
for achieving organizational goals. To ensure the effectiveness of these educational
videos, the production process must be carefully managed. The post-production
phase of persuasive communication educational videos involves various stages
such as editing, visual and audio enhancement, and content quality checks before
publication. Techniques such as superimposing, animation, color grading, and
transitions are used to improve the quality and appeal of the videos. A
comprehensive post-production process ensures that every educational video
produced meets high quality standards and is relevant to employee competency
