dc.description.abstractHutan Kota Pakansari (HKP) merupakan hutan kota pertama di Kecamatan Cibinong hasil kolaborasi antara CSR Yayasan Korindo dan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor pada tahun 2019. Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) Mengetahui skema kolaborasi antara Pemerintah Kabupaten Bogor dan Yayasan Korindo dalam membangun HKP, (2) Mengidentifikasi persepsi pengunjung terhadap kondisi lingkungan dan keberadaan HKP, (3) Mengestimasi nilai keberadaan HKP, (4) Mengestimasi nilai guna tidak langsung dari HKP, (5) Menganalisis strategi pengembangan HKP. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisis deskriptif, Skala Likert, Contingent Valuation Method (CVM), pendekatan biomassa, Benefit Transfer dan Market Price, serta Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan: (1) Pembangunan HKP melalui 4 tahapan sebelum dilakukan serah terima dari Yayasan Korindo kepada Pemkab Bogor. (2) Pengunjung menilai kondisi lingkungan hutan kota pakansari dalam kondisi yang baik. (3) Nilai rata-rata WTP sebesar Rp5.207,79/orang, dengan total WTP masyarakat sebesar Rp1.499.691.880/tahun. (4) Nilai ekonomi serapan karbon sebesar Rp12.768.000/tahun, dan nilai resapan air sebesar Rp1.026.350/tahun, dengan total nilai guna tidak langsung Rp13.794.350/tahun. (5) Tujuan pembangunan HKP sebagai kontribusi terhadap mitigasi perubahan iklim tidak akan tercapai jika ketersediaan sarana dan prasarana, penyediaan anggaran dana dari lembaga atau pemerintah, serta pemberdayaan sumber daya manusia tidak memadai.
dc.description.abstractHutan Kota Pakansari (HKP) is the first urban forest in Cibinong Sub-district, a collaboration between Korindo Foundation CSR and Bogor Regency Government in 2019. This research aims to: (1) To identify the collaboration scheme between the Bogor Regency Government and Korindo Foundation in developing HKP, (2) To identify visitors' perceptions of environmental conditions and existence of HKP, (3) To estimate the value of HKP, (4) To estimate indirect use value of HKP, (5) To analyze HKP development strategies. Methods used include descriptive analysis, Likert Scale, Contingent Valuation Method (CVM), biomass approach, Benefit Transfer and Market Price, and Interpretative Structural Modeling (ISM). The results: (1) HKP development went through 4 stages before handover from Korindo Foundation to Bogor Regency Government. (2) Visitors assess environmental condition of HKP in good condition. (3) Average WTP value is Rp5,207.79/person, total community WTP of Rp1,499,691,880/year. (4) Economic value of carbon sequestration was Rp12,768,000/year, and value of water infiltration was Rp1,026,350/year, total indirect use value of Rp13,794,350/year. (5) Goal of HKP development as a contribution to climate change mitigation wont be achieved if the availability of facilities and infrastructure, the provision of budget funds from institutions or government, and empowerment of human resources are inadequate
