      Abstract

Streptococcus agalactiae bacteria is a bacterium that causes Streptococcosis disease that can infect tilapia and can cause death by more than 50%. The purpose of the study was to obtain the effect of repeated use of the CapriVac Hydrogalactic vaccine water bath on tilapia survival and to obtain the level of effectiveness of the CapriVac Hydrogalactic vaccine in controlling Streptococcus agalactiae bacterial infection. The method used was a Completely Randomized Design (CRD) 4 treatments 3 times replicated, the treatments were new vaccine water bath (R1), remaining first vaccine water bath (R2), remaining second vaccine water bath (R3), and control (K). The vaccine dose was 2 ml/20 L of water for 1000 21-day-old fish with a 30-minute immersion time. Post-vaccination fish were reared for 63 days. The best treatment was in the R1 treatment with a survival rate at the end of rearing of 97,73
