      Desain Perbaikan Saluran Drainase di Cluster Palem Perumahan Bumi Adipura Kota Bandung

      Abstract
      Kota Bandung menjadi kota yang rawan terjadi banjir karena intensitas hujan yang tinggi dan banyaknya perubahan tataguna lahan yang mengakibatkan berkurangnya daerah resapan air. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret-Mei di Cluster Palem Perumahan Bumi Adipura Kota Bandung. Penelitian diharapkan memberikan evaluasi dan rekomendasi terhadap jaringan saluran drainase untuk mengatasi banjir di kawasan perumahan menggunakan software EPA SWMM 5.2. Hasil pembahasan menunjukan bahwa Cluster Palem mengalami banjir atau luapan limpasan dari saluran drainase sebanyak 0,041 x 106 Liter dengan dimensi saluran 0,4 × 0,4 m berbahan beton poles. Simulasi EPA SWMM untuk analisis hidraulika menunjukan terdapat beberapa conduit yang mengalami masalah pada kapasitas saluran. Perubahan dimensi saluran drainase pada CN6, CN7, CN10, CN24, CN32, CN34, CN35, CN41, CN42, CN44, dan CN45 membuat jaringan drainase di Cluster Palem tidak mengalami luapan limpasan. Rancangan Anggaran Biaya (RAB) perbaikan saluran drainase diperlukan sebesar Rp. 234.383.000,00 untuk jenis saluran U-Ditch dan Box Culvert, sedangkan jenis saluran cast-in-situ diperlukan biata sebesar Rp. 103.859.000,00 dengan dimensi yang sama yaitu 0,4 × 0,6 m.
       
      Bandung City is prone to flooding due to high rainfall intensity and many land use changes that result in reduced water catchment areas. The research was conducted in March-May at Cluster Palem Housing Bumi Adipura Bandung City. The research is expected to provide an evaluation and recommendation of the drainage channel network to overcome flooding in residential areas using EPA SWMM 5.2 software. The results of the discussion show that the Palem Cluster experienced flooding or overflowing runoff from the drainage channel as much as 0.041 x 106 Liters with channel dimensions of 0.4 × 0.4 m made of polished concrete. EPA SWMM simulation for hydraulic analysis, it shows that there are several conduits that experience problems in channel capacity. Changes in the dimensions of the drainage channels at CN6, CN7, CN10, CN24, CN32, CN34, CN35, CN41, CN42, CN44, and CN45 make the drainage network in Cluster Palem not experience overflowing runoff. The Draft Budget Cost (RAB) for the improvement of drainage channels required Rp. 234,383,000.00 for the U-Ditch and Box Culvert channel types, while the cast-in-situ channel type required a budget of Rp. 103,859,000.00 with the same dimensions of 0.4 × 0.6m.
