| dc.description.abstract | Penetasan merupakan proses perkembangan embrio di dalam telur sampai telur menetas menjadi anak ayam DOC (Day Old Chick).Penetasan dapat dilakukan secara alami oleh induk ayam atau secara buatan menggunakan mesin tetas. Keberhasilan penetasan ditentukan oleh jumlah jantan dan betina yang digunakan dan pengelolaan manajemen hatchery sehingga menghasilkan kualitas DOC yang diinginkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui performa penetasan berdasarkan perbedaan strain ayam. Penelitian ini menggunakan telur ayam dengan jenis strain ayam yang berbeda sebanyak 2520 butir telur dengan 3 pelakuan 6 ulangan menggunakan mesin tetas yang sama. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Rancangan Acak Lengkap (RAL) dan diuji mengunakan Analisis Of Varience (ANOVA) dengan perlakuan (P1= Strain Ross), (P2 = StrainCobb) dan (P3 = Strain Hubbard). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa performa penetasan dari ketiga strain ayam dengan umur induk 27 minggu, memiliki kualitas yang baik yaitu pada strain cobb dan strain hubbard. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Hatching is the process of embryo development in the egg until the egg
hatches into a DOC (Day Old Chick) chick. Hatching can be done naturally by the
mother hen or artificially using a hatching machine. The success of hatching is
determined by the number of males and females used and the management of
hatchery management to produce the desired DOC quality. This study aims to
determine the hatching performance based on different chicken strains. This study
used chicken eggs with different types of chicken strains as many as 2520 eggs with
3 treatments 6 replicates using the same hatching machine. This study used the
Complete Randomized Design (CRD) method and was tested using Analysis of
Varience (ANOVA) with treatment (P1 = Ross Strain), (P2 = Cobb Strain) and (P3
= Hubbard Strain). The results showed that the hatching performance of the three
strains of chickens with a brood age of 27 weeks, had good quality, namely in the
Cobb strain and Hubbard strain. | |
