Peningkatan Nilai Tambah Susu Mastitis Menjadi Pupuk Organik Cair pada PT Agrijaya Prima Sukses

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui nilai tambah susu mastitis jika diolah menjadi POC serta kelayakan usaha. Metode yang digunakan adalah nilai tambah dan kelayakan investasi. Nilai tambah yang dihasilkan sebesar 73,33% dengan tingkat keuntungan sebesar 72,86%. Aspek pasar POC susu mastitis layak dijalankan karena memiliki potensi untuk dijual, aspek teknis layak dijalankan karena distribusi produk yang terstruktur dan dekat dengan pasar, aspek manajemen dan hukum layak karena perusahaan sudah memiliki manajemen yang terorganisir, berbentuk PT dan memiliki surat izin peternakan, aspek sosial dan lingkungan layak karena memberdayakan masyarakat sekitar dan tidak mencemari lingkungan. Pada aspek finansial, besaran nilai NPV Rp353.894.009, net B/C 2,87, gross B/C 1,05, IRR 68,37%, payback period 1,7 tahun, BEP produksi dan rupiah masing-masing 24.651 dan Rp1.232.528.509. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan POC susu mastitis berpotensi untuk direalisasikan serta layak untuk dijalankan dilihat dari analisis nilai yang dihasilkan tergolong tinggi serta,aspek finansial dan nonfinansial yang menunjukkan rancangan bisnis POC layak dijalankan.

This study aims to determine the added value of mastitis milk if it is processed into POC and business feasibility. The method used is added value and investment feasibility. The added value generated is 73.33% with a profit rate of 72.86%. The market aspect of mastitis milk POC is feasible because it has the potential to be sold, the technical aspect is feasible because the distribution of products is structured and close to the market, and the management and legal aspects are feasible because the company already has organized management, in the form of a PT and has a livestock license, the social and environmental aspects are feasible because it empowers the surrounding community and does not pollute the environment. In terms of financial aspects, the amount NPV value is IDR 353,894,009, net B/C 2.87, gross B/C 1.05, IRR 68.37%, payback period 1.7 years, production BEP and rupiah 24,651 and IDR 1,232,528,509 respectively. Based on the research that has been conducted, the mastitis milk POC has the potential to be realized and is feasible to be carried out as seen from the analysis of the value produced is relatively high as well as financial and non-financial aspects that show that the POC business plan is feasible.
