      Abstract
      Ketidakmampuan perusahaan dalam memperkirakan jumlah pesanan dan merencanakan kapasitas yang dimiliki menjadi dasar topik ini diangkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah membuat acuan dalam memperkirakan jumlah pesanan dan penjadwalan produksi yang sesuai dengan kapasitas perusahaan pada bulan Oktober sampai Desember 2023. Perencanaan produksi dimulai dari analisis ABC untuk menentukan prioritas produk dengan nilai kebutuhan tertinggi. Selanjutnya dilakukan forecasting untuk memprakirakan jumlah pesanan. Hasil dari forecasting diperlukan sebgai input pembuatan master production schedule (MPS) dan dilanjutkan dengan perencanaan kapasitas produksi atau rough cut capacity planning (RCCP) dan diakhiri dengan pembuatan material requirement planning (MRP). Hasil dari perhitungan menjukkan produk T7, T6, dan T8 harus diprioritaskan. Penjadwalan produksi menunjukkan jumlah dan kapan produk harus produksi. Selanjutnya, pada perencanaan kapasitas menunjukan hasil pada bulan Oktober sampai Desember minggu ke-2 membutuhkan waktu tambahan dalam produksi. Terakhir, perencanaan material menunjukan produk T7, T8 dan T6 memerlukan kebutuhan material berupa besi pipa 3” 6m, besi siku 50 12m, besi plat 8mm 4x8m dan baut M12.
       
      The company's inability to forecast order quantities and plan its capacity serves as the basis for this topic. The aim of this research is to establish guidelines for forecasting order quantities and scheduling production in line with the company's capacity from October to December 2023. Production planning starts with ABC analysis to prioritize products based on their highest demand. Next, forecasting is conducted to predict order quantities. The results of the forecasting are then used as input for creating the master production schedule (MPS), followed by production capacity planning or rough-cut capacity planning (RCCP), and concluded with material requirement planning (MRP). The calculation results indicate that products T7, T6, and T8 should be prioritized. Production scheduling specifies the quantity and timing of when products should be produced. Furthermore, capacity planning indicates that additional time is needed for production from October to the second week of December. Lastly, material planning shows that products T7, T8, and T6 require materials such as 3" 6m steel pipes, 50 12m angle irons, 8mm 4x8m steel plates, and M12 bolts.
