      Abstract
      Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis dan mengevaluasi prosedur penjualan yang diterapkan di Konveksi Sanjaya, salah satu usaha mikro, kecil, dan menengah (UMKM) yang belum memiliki panduan kegiatan penjualan. Hal ini menyebabkan Konveksi Sanjaya mengalami banyak permasalahan dalam pelaksanaan penjualannya. Hasil analisis tersebut akan dibuatkan standar operasional prosedur (SOP) penjualan yang terstruktur untuk mempermudah operasional konveksi. Metode yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data adalah wawancara dengan pemilik dan karyawan konveksi, observasi, dokumentasi serta studi kepustakaan. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode analisis deskriptif. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan Konveksi Sanjaya untuk segera menerapkan SOP penjualan yang telah dirancang dan uji coba berhasil meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional penjualan.
       
      This research aims to analyze and evaluate the sales procedures implemented at the Sanjaya convection, one of the micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that does not yet have a sales activity guide. This caused Sanjaya convection to experience many problems in implementing its sales. The results of this analysis will create a structured sales standard operating procedure (SOP) to simplify convection operations. The methods used in collecting data were interviews with convection owners and employees, observation, documentation and literature study. The collected data was analyzed using descriptive analysis methods. This research recommends that Sanjaya convection immediately implement the sales SOP that has been designed and tested successfully to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of sales operations.
