Estimasi Nilai Ekonomi Dan Analisis Keberlanjutan Wisata Pantai Anyer, Kecamatan Anyer, Kabupaten Serang, Provinsi Banten

Abstract

Pantai Anyer merupakan salah satu destinasi wisata yang mampu menarik wisatawan untuk berkunjung karena anugerah keindahan alamnya. Pantai Anyer dinobatkan sebagai salah satu destinasi unggulan yang ada di Provinsi Banten yang mendapatkan predikat sebagai Seven Wonders of Banten. Hal ini membuat objek wisata tersebut selalu mengalami peningkatan jumlah kunjungan wisatawan dari tahun ke tahun. Akan tetapi, terdapat kawasan industri yang lokasinya berdekatan dengan wisata Pantai Anyer dan mengancam keberlanjutan objek wisata tersebut. Berdasarkan uraian sebelumnya, tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu (1) Mengestimasi nilai ekonomi objek wisata Pantai Anyer. (2) Menganalisis status keberlanjutan objek wisata Pantai Anyer. (3) Merumuskan strategi pengembangan objek wisata Pantai Anyer yang berkelanjutan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Individual Travel Cost Method, Rapfish, dan Interpretative Structural Modelling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa : (1) Nilai ekonomi wisata Pantai Anyer sebesar Rp236.744.853.420,20 per tahun. (2) Status keberlanjutan wisata Pantai Anyer dari keempat dimensi dinyatakan cukup berkelanjutan. (3) Sub-elemen kunci dalam strategi pengembangan wisata adalah meningkatkan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga dan mengembangkan objek wisata pantai, meningkatkan peran stakeholders dalam menjaga dan mengembangkan objek wisata pantai, serta meningkatkan kualitas SDM pengelola wisata dan masyarakat sekitar objek wisata pantai.

Anyer Beach is one of the tourist destinations capable of attracting visitors due to its endowment of natural beauty. Anyer Beach has been named one of the top destinations in Banten Province, earning the title of one of the Seven Wonders of Banten. This recognition has led to a continuous increase in visitors to this tourist attraction each year. However, there is an industrial area located near the Anyer Beach tourist site, posing a threat to the sustainability of the tourist destination. Based on the description above, the objectives of this study are (1) To estimate the economic value of the Anyer Beach tourist site. (2) To analyze the sustainability status of the Anyer Beach tourist site. (3) To formulate a sustainable development strategy for the Anyer Beach tourist site. The methods used in this study are the Individual Travel Cost Method, Rapfish, and Interpretative Structural Modelling. The study's results indicate that: (1) The economic value of Anyer Beach tourism is 236,744,853,420.20 IDR per year. (2) The sustainability status of Anyer Beach tourism from the four dimensions is considered fairly sustainable. (3) The key subelements in the tourism development strategy are increasing community participation in maintaining and developing the beach tourist site, enhancing the role of stakeholders in maintaining and developing the beach tourist site, and improving the quality of human resources managing the tourism and the surrounding community of the beach tourist site.
