| dc.description.abstract | Luka bakar merupakan suatu jenis trauma akibat adanya kontak dengan api,
air panas, bahan kimia, listrik, dan radiasi. Luka bakar terdiri dari derajat I
sedikit. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Burns are traumas caused by fire, hot water, chemicals, electricity and
radiation. Burns consist of degrees I (superficial), IIa (partial thickness), IIb (deep
partial thickness), III (full thickness), and IV (charred). This study aims to inform
the process of occurrence and healing of third degree burns from a macro and
microscopic perspective (anatomical pathology and histopathology). This study
used four rats, three rats as positive controls, and one rat as negative control. The
parameters observed the area of the burn wound and the number of inflammatory
cells for 14 days. The data results processed using Fiji ImageJ Windows 64
software, Microsoft Excel, SPSS with One-Way ANOVA method, and the
Duncan test. The results of research on third degree burns showed damage to the
entire epidermis, dermis, and hypodermis, no bullae were found, the skin was
white and pale, and the regeneration took more than 14 days. The process of
wound regeneration goes conjointly with changes in the area of the wound which
becomes smaller and the number of inflammatory cells decreases. | |
