Several bioactive compounds in entomopathogenic fungi can act as antioxidants and antimicrobials. This study aimed to determine the potential of the entomopathogenic fungi YSP19 and YSP24 from the collection of the Mycology Laboratory, Department of Biology, FMIPA, IPB, as a source of antioxidants and antimicrobials. The method used consisted of rejuvenating the sample fungus, making an extract using 80% methanol solvent, measuring antioxidant activity against DPPH, and testing the antagonist of the sample fungus through dual culture against Escherichia coli ATCC 8739, Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538, and Ganoderma boninense IPBCC 10 0658. YSP19 and YSP24 fungus samples had weak antioxidant activity values, with IC50 values of 614,84 µg/mL and 4420,01 µg/mL, respectively. A clear zone indicated the potential antagonist of the fungus against both bacteria after 24 hours of incubation. The largest clear zone diameter found in the YSP19 fungus against Escherichia coli ATCC 8739 was 9,8 mm, while the YSP24 fungus produced a minor zone diameter of 5,3 mm against Staphylococcus aureus ATCC 6538. The YSP19 fungus inhibited Ganoderma boninense IPBCC 10 0658 up to 67,78%, while the YSP24 fungus could only inhibit 46,67% on the 14th day of the incubation period.id
