Palm oil products in the form of Crude Palm Oil (CPO) are Indonesia's main export commodity. The European Union is the second largest export destination country for Indonesian CPO which has issued several policies related to palm oil, such as the Renewable Energy Directive I, II policies, and the Indirect Land Use Change policy which can affect Indonesian CPO exports. The aim of this research is to analyze the competitiveness and performance of Indonesian CPO exports after the RED and ILUC policies. The research methods used are RCA, EPD, X-Model, and panel data regression. The results of the RCA analysis show that Indonesian CPO has high competitiveness. The results of the EPD analysis show that Indonesian CPO is in a rising star and retreating position. The results of the X-Model analysis show that Indonesian CPO is in an optimistic and less potential market development. The results of the panel data regression analysis show that the variable that has a positive and significant effect is the real exchange rate variable. The variables that have a negative and significant influence are GDP per capita, the RED policy dummy, and the ILUC policy dummy.id
