dc.description.abstractSalah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi produksi crude palm oil adalah kegiatan pemupukan. Magang bertujuan mengetahui manajemen pemupukan kelapa sawit di perkebunan milik negara dan memahami kondisi lapangan. Kegiatan magang dilaksanakan pada Februari-Juni 2023 di Kebun Cikasungka Distrik Jawa Barat Banten Kerja Sama Operasional (KSO) PTPN III. Magang dilakukan dengan menjadi karyawan harian lepas (KHL), pendamping mandor, dan pendamping asisten afdeling. KHL melakukan semua aspek teknis di kebun, pendamping mandor membantu pengawasan pekerja dan aspek teknis, serta pendamping asisten afdeling membantu terkait aspek manajerial. Pengambilan data primer pada blok A2, A3, dan A4 selama 5 hari dilakukan dengan mengamati KHL pemupukan berkaitan takaran pupuk pokok-1 (320 unit pengamatan), jarak taburan terhadap pangkal pokok (320 unit pengamatan), alat yang digunakan (20 unit pengamatan), metode aplikasi pupuk (320 unit pengamatan), dan dosis tandan kosong ha-1 (blok A1 dengan 3 ulangan) serta mengamati mandor berkaitan kehadiran selama pemupukan. Data sekunder ketepatan waktu pemupukan diambil dari laporan perusahaan 2017-2023. Hasil pengamatan menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pemupukan belum berjalan optimal. Perolehan ketepatan aplikasi dosis pupuk dan jarak aplikasi NPKMg 13.6.27.4 memiliki persentase 128% dan 39,03%. Waktu pemupukan NPKMg di Afdeling 1 memiliki ketepatan 66,7%. Alat pemupukan dan cara aplikasi memiliki kesesuaian 100%. Kehadiran mandor memiliki persentase 100%.id
dc.description.abstractFertilization can affect crude palm oil production. The internship aims to know the management of oil palm fertilization in owned state plantations and understand field conditions. Internship activities were carried out in February- June 2023 at the Cikasungka Plantation. The internship is carried out by becoming a KHL perform all technical aspects, a foreman assistants help supervise workers, and a field assistant assistants help with managerial aspects. Primary data on blocks A2, A3, and A4 for 5 days was obtained by observing KHL related to the rate of fertilizer stand-1 (320 observation units), the distance of fertilizer to the stem base (320 observation units), the tools used (20 observation units), the method of fertilizer application (320 observation units), and the dose of empty bunches ha-1 (block A1 with 3 replications), and observing the foreman attendance during fertilization. Secondary data for fertilization timeliness was taken from the company report 2017-2023. Observations showed that the implementation of fertilization had not been optimal. The accuracy of fertilizer dose application and application distance of NPKMg 13.6.27.4 was 128% and 39.03%. The timing of NPKMg fertilization in Afdeling 1 had 66.7% accuracy. Fertilization tools and application methods had 100% conformity. The foreman attendance had 100% percentage.id
